Silky Wool will make a really soft Clapotis - but unless you're going to make a narrow version, 4 skeins won't be enough! If I remember correctly, there are just a little over 125 yards per skein, right? Might want to buy another 2 skeins just in case!

Anyway, I'm glad you gave in to the lure of the Clapotis. You would've pined away after it until you bought some yarn! Oh, and is that yarn some of that Elsbeth Lavold (I think I'm misspelling that. Sorry!)? One more thing-- I'd love to do some Kool- Aid dying with ya' when you get around to it if you wanted the company!
