Camera Face April 21, 2008

My nephew Julien making “camera face” at me
Sometimes I really wish that I had a camera inside my eye, so that I could snap pictures of some of the things I see in everyday life when it’s either inconvenient (like while driving) or inappropriate (during lab meetings, etc) to pull out my camera. You know, so I could blog them.
Like last week when I drove into my neighborhood and past the yard of the people who have a border collie . . . there are usually a couple of frisbees in the yard, but this time there were no less than 17 neon-colored frisbees all over the place. If only I could have *blinked* and taken a picture of that!
Or the bright purple almost shiny shirt my boss wore last week . . . he’s not really a staid fellow, but bright shiny purple? Hmmm.
Oh! And there’s the car I saw the other day that was some sort of mid-70s/early 80s land yacht type car, painted bright yellow and jacked up on big tall tires which made it look all ridiculously-out-of-proportion. As if the bright yellow wasn’t ridiculous enough.
Yeah, those things. Wish I could show you.
